ShePlans takes the protection of your personal data seriously.

ShePlans collects personal data when you:

  • fill out the contact form on the website,

  • contact ShePlans by email or telephone,

  • or use the services of ShePlans.

This may include, in particular, the following data:
surname, first name, email address, telephone number, travel dates, preferred destinations, length of stay, preferences regarding accommodation, means of transport and activities, budget expectations, and any other information required for individual travel planning.

The data collected is used exclusively:

  • to process enquiries,

  • to prepare and carry out individual travel planning,

  • to provide the agreed advisory and support services,

  • and for communication relating to the services provided.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless you have given your explicit consent (e.g. in connection with a specific booking via a platform).
